Specialties: Hot water systems, plumbing fit offs and repairs, and copper work.

I still like to watch all the kids movies as an adult, as there are hidden jokes that you only pick up on now. If I’m not watching movies, I enjoy getting online with mates and playing on the computer, and I also love tinkering and working on cars or anything that I can build.”

In my spare time I’m an auto enthusiast, gamer and musician. My favourite quote is: “Everything is as it should be, because it’s the only way it can be”, and my attitude towards working can be summed up with the phrase “Do it right the first time or not at all”. Dad was right about some things but especially that one. My favourite thing about working at Dial Up Plumbing is the caring and results driven culture that encourages everyone to do their best and rewards good practice.”

Hi, my name is Darby Hunter, and I’ve been in the plumbing industry for 11 years as a licensed plumber. I thoroughly enjoy plumbing because I enjoy problem solving, and also the satisfaction of working with my customers to find and resolve their plumbing issues in the most efficient way possible. For me, walking away from a customer’s home knowing that they have the means to enjoy hot water and flushing toilets is the best feeling. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and walking my dogs. I also love to travel.
Specialties: Helping the tradesmen resolve issues related to plumbing, laying pipes and dig ups
“I have been an apprentice plumber for just over a year I have learned a lot about the plumbing trade from ‘rough ins’ to ‘fit offs’, dig-ups and everything in between. Some of my hobbies include cooking, going out with the boys, and having a good time. I’m a hard worker who doesn’t stop until the job required of me is complete, I’m a strong believer in teamwork and whatever you put your mind to you can achieve no matter how hard.
