Service has always been at the heart of our family. We were raised to see work as more than income — it’s about responsibility, showing up, and being someone others can rely on.

Our founder, Ben, carried this mindset into his early plumbing career, working with a family team across residential and commercial jobs. There, he built his skills and learned to support people in stressful moments with care and respect.

This became the foundation of Dial Up Plumbing.

A Story Shaped by Family.

Family has always been a part of not only how we work, but why we approach every job the way we do.

When our father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, everything changed. Our mother, Sadie, became the anchor of our family, working tirelessly at her sewing machine to support four children and her husband. As kids, we were right there beside her, helping after school and learning resilience, teamwork, humility, and the meaning of true service.

At age 13, our founder Ben, and his family opened a Lebanese bakery that transformed our lives. That bakery became our classroom. We learned the joy of serving people, connecting with our community and taking pride in our work. Watching someone smile when we handed them a fresh man’oush showed us the power of simple, honest service.

Those experiences shaped who we are today and the heart behind Dial Up Plumbing.

The Lebanese Bakery That Changed Everything

At age 13, our founder Ben, and his family opened a Lebanese bakery that transformed our lives. That bakery became our classroom. We learned the joy of serving people, connecting with our community and taking pride in our work. Grown from the Garage

The early days of Dial Up Plumbing were born from a shed and a 3m x 1m office built in his mum’s backyard (destroying the garden in the process — sorry Mum!). The genesis of Dial Up Plumbing came from pure grit and determination. Ben stored his tools under his bed, and the name came from a simple concept — when someone needs help, they can just dial up.

A Legacy Carried Forward

Shortly after the heartbreaking loss of his mother, Ben welcomed his daughter into the world. In honour of his first love, he christened her with the name Saidi, a beautiful tribute that carries his mother’s legacy forward.

Dial up plumbing were honest and upfront with the costs associated with the job.
In addition, they also too made a video of the problem areas with ongoing comments while the job was being performed.

My family are very satisfied and impressed with this plumbing company. We live in the Liverpool area. Charlie visited us for a quote on a kitchen tap replacement and toilet repairs. He was very friendly and professional, took the time to explain the repairs and discuss prices. Chris then carried out the repairs the same day and he was equally as friendly and professional. We were so impressed with the work.
We also had an emergency hot water system repair after hours the next week. We contacted Charlie who was so very helpful over the phone. Losing hot water can be stressful but he put us at ease. He attended within 30 mins and again explained the issue and cost. Once we agreed on the price he completed the repairs right away and we had hot water again. I have to say again how helpful Charlie was to us because losing hot water can be stressful especially the time of night everyone needs to shower. We are so grateful to finally find a plumbing company that is professional, honest, friendly and genuine on both occasions.
