As valued customers we would like to update you on the health and safety precautions that Dial Up Plumbing are taking as a response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
We understand this is a difficult and uncertain time for all, however as a provider of essentialplumbing services we assure you that we are remaining up to date and adhering to all expert advice by Health and Government authorities, in relation to any actions and procedures regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is our priority to ensure your health and safety alongwith that of our staff and the wider community.
Precautionary Measures
If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please let us know before we attend to the premise.
- Are feeling unwell or are currently self isolating as a precaution?
- Have you come into contact with anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days?
- Have you travelled to any affected regions or countries deemed to be high-risk?
- Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days?
Risk Procedures
If a customer responds no to the above questions, our members at Dial Up Plumbing will still wear a number of the following as a precaution;
- Eye protection
- N-95 respirator mask
- Industrial gloves
- Essential PPEs
- Boot covers
- Protective overalls
Additional Precautions:
At Dial Up Plumbing our plumbers are testing their temperature on a daily basis to make sure they are well in the means of a healthy temperature range. If they are not within this range, they will NOT go to work. Furthermore our team is consistently disinfecting all surfaces and vehicles with strong antibacterial solutions.
Our trusted plumbers at Dial Up Plumbing, follow all social distancing and stay at home rules set by Government authorities; when they are at work or at home to ensure your safety along with the wider communities.
